Booking request – group tours:
IMPORTANT NOTE: All group tours are fully booked until 10 January 2023 inclusive. Therefore, we will only be able to respond to new requests from 11 January 2023 onwards.

Important information
- Our prices are fixed prices per group.
- No more than 20 people per group.
- Up to two persons may accompany school classes free of charge.
- Persons accompanying people with disabilities with a “B” in their severely disabled person’s pass may enter free of charge.
- We do not offer special prices for tour operators.

Directions and parking facilities
Parking facilities in Aachen (coaches)
When no events are taking place at Aachen Bendplatz, coaches may be parked at the Bendplatz coach parking (€15.00 per 24 hours).
Alternatively, coaches may park at the official free coach parking in Karmeliterstraße which is normally available 24 hours per day.
Please note: only two coaches can park in Karmeliterstraße at the same time.
In Sandkaulstraße and at Theaterplatz, there are two bus stops where coaches may park for a maximum of 2 hours with a parking disk between 9.00 and 18.00. Between 18.00 and 9.00 coaches may park there for an unlimited period of time.
The Theaterplatz bus stop is only a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral.
Parking facilities in Aachen (cars)
Aachen has a total of 9,100 parking bays distributed across 24 multi-storey car parks. The 17 APAG car parks (German only) are connected to the central parking guidance system which helps you find a parking bay as soon as you have arrived in Aachen. Alternatively, you can check the realtime capacities (German only) of the individual car parks before departure.
The car park in Jesuitenstraße is the facility closest to the Cathedral (Parkhaus am Dom, Jesuitenstraße 10, 52062 Aachen).
